تو این پست قصد داریم درباره تلـــفن حرف بزنیم
برای اینکه بگید دارم یا شخصی داره با تلفن حرف میزنه از حرف اضافه “on” استفاده کنید
Key preposition: “on”
Use “on” to describe when someone is talking “on” the telephone:
“I am on the telephone”.
“She can’t speak to you right now she’s on the phone”.

اینجا هم چند تاکلمه و اصطلاح درباره تلفن را بررسی میکنیم
British vocabulary and slangه
اولیش که مخصوصا ر انگلستان استفاده میشه Blower هست به معنی تلفن
“Blower” is a slang synonym for “telephone”.
“Lisa’s on the blower.” (Lisa wants to talk to you on the telephone.)

بعدیش هم که خیلیهاتون بلدید
“Phone” = “Telephone”

یادتون باشه در انگلستان “mobile phonesیا “mobiles”به عنوان کلمه موبایل استفاده میشه ودر امریکا Cell phone
British English calls handheld phones “mobile phones”, or just “mobiles”.
“Can I please have your mobile number?”
“Cell phone” is the American English term not used in the UK.
